If your Zodi Product needs repair, please complete the form below and we will return the Service Return Instructions to you via Email with the Service Repair Authorization. The Service Repair Authorization will allow tracking of your product when in for service and repair.

As part of your repair we will ask you to pre-authorize an amount equal to 30% of the new cost of your product for the NOT TO EXCEED limit for your repair. It is rare that the full 30% is ever needed but by having a pre-authorized amount we are able to repair and return your product to you without delay.
An example of this 30% pre-authorized limit is a new single Zodi hot shower 6185 is $179.95 and 30% of this new cost is $54, so $54 is the NOT TO EXCEED price for your repair. If the repair is greater than $54 then Zodi covers the amount above the 30% pre-authorized limit and if the repair price is lower than the $54 then Zodi will only charge you the lower amount.
