Zodi Refund Policy
Zodi is known for quality products and we hope you are happy with your purchase. Within 30 days from purchase or receipt, if you are unsatisfied with your Zodi product after purchase directly from Zodi, please contact Zodi Customer Service for the Return Procedures. Products purchased from Zodi Authorized Resellers cannot be returned to Zodi for a refund. Zodi products must be NEW and unused and undamaged in original packaging. Shipping to you and return shipping to Zodi is not refundable. Upon receipt by Zodi, based upon condition of the product, there is a possibility of a restocking fee up to 20% of the purchase price assessed. Product must be received within 30 days of receipt of the issuance of the Return Authorization Number.
Upon receipt and evaluation of the product being returned for refund, all refunds will be made using the original method of payment of the order. We do not receive any credit card information and will require the original credit card number, expiration date, billing address and additional card information to process the refund. Refunds can take up to 7 business days for processing.
Refunds are limited to the original buyer only. Used products cannot be returned for refunds but can be exchanged for other purchases within 30 days of purchase.
