Zodi Extended Care Plan

Zodi showers and heaters are built with high quality components with superior support. Zodi offers a range of service and support products to meet your needs. In addition, there are numerous online resources within the Zodi website that provide valuable information and instruction.

Zodi Extended Care Plan includes:

• Limited Warranty for 1 year from date of original "NEW" shower or heater purchase to original buyer for defects in materials and/or workmanship

• Extended Care Plans must be purchased within 90 days of "NEW" shower or heater purchase and before standard limited warranty expires. Copy of store receipt or invoice required for Extended Care Plan repairs.

• 1 year limited warranty for your shower or heater

• Toll free telephone support

• Priority Handling - repairs are processed next business day

• Pricing discounts on select replacement items not covered under the limited warranty

• 40% discount of 6 volt and 12 volt pump replacements (shipping and handling not included)

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover any damage due to abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect, acts of nature, damage resulting from improper use or for any component excluded from the standard Limited Warranty.

• Warranty is void if purchased from a non-authorized Zodi reseller.

• Shipping is not included in warranty. Customer is responsible for shipping to and from Zodi.

• Extended care plan not valid on accessories.

Any product found to be defective within 1 year of initial purchase of the Zodi product with the purchase of the Zodi Extended Care Plan will be repaired or replaced at Zodi's discretion to the original buyer providing your product was registered with Zodi within 10 days of purchase and copy of receipt of the Zodi Extended Care Plan is included with product when returned to factory for repair. Shipping and handling charges are not included.
